Baby Blessing Cupcakes

These are some of the mini cupcakes I made for a baby blessing.  I loved the look of the white on white fondant flowers on these mini cupcakes.  I also sprinkled the cupcakes with disco dust – edible glitter.  The photos don’t do the cupcakes justice.  These were so simple but beautiful.  The recipe for the mini cupcakes can be found here.  You can find the buttercream icing recipe here.  For instructions on how to make mini fondant flowers refer to this post.
